Welcome to Double AA Gaming – the third iteration of gameblur. Now named after us, Andrew and Adam, and the sort of budget, janky, but fun 7/10 games we both have a soft spot for. We’re a pair of hobbyist bloggers-turned-writers, with years spent editing and writing in a semi-professional capacity (academic and creative).
We focus on previews, reviews, and impressions of new titles, but also enjoy opinion pieces like editorials and retrospectives – both to create written content for this website and video content on our YouTube channel [https://www.youtube.com/c/gameblur/videos]
You’ll also finding us content sharing at Nexushub, the site where many of us got our first experience of writing about video games, hardware, and the industry in general.
As a hobbyist project, gameblur v2.0 is not monetised. We will always declare review codes and review samples when used to cover a game or any hardware, and you won’t find any advertising or sponsored posts.
If you’re wondering about gameblur v1.0, an AWOL web developer and ongoing back-end issues eventually put an end to it. All our significant content will migrate to this site (in time) but feel free to check out the old one for as long as it stays up.
